GET /views
GET
/viewsLists the saved views for one table: every shared view plus only the caller's own private views, in display order. Another user's private views are never returned. tableId is the id of the screen's table (the UI's own table name), and each view's configuration is the layout state (columns, sorting, grouping, filters) as a JSON string. Needs EventBasicAccess on the event.
