Create Import Mapping

POST
/importMappingsSaves a column mapping for reuse on later imports of the same target. configuration is stored and returned as written; the client owns its shape. Setting isDefault clears the default from the target's other mapping. The response carries the new id so the caller can select it. Use Imports_GetSchema for the attribute keys it refers to. The permission belongs to the import target (EventAdmin for proposalLineItems with an event token, OrganizationAdmin for events with an organization token).
