/Fulfillment/{fulfillmentId}/items/{itemId}/true-upRecords how much of a pooled or expendable item was actually used and what happens to the rest. UnusedDisposition Sunk keeps the full quantity as cost; Recoverable drops the cost and returns the remainder to the inventory resource the item drew from. Serialized items are rejected. Without a true- up, cost is the full received quantity. Use Fulfillment_ClearTrueUp to undo it.
