Set Default Rate Card

/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/default-rate-cardMakes one of the type's own rate cards its default. A need, reservation or fulfillment item with no card of its own, on a variant with no card, prices from it. This replaces defaultRateCardId on the type's create and update bodies, which no longer accept it. The rateCardId comes from Resources_GetResourceTypeRateCards. Needs the event settings permission.
