Set Adjustment Override
PUT /Proposals/{proposalId}/adjustments/{adjustmentId}/overrides
PUT
/Proposals/{proposalId}/adjustments/{adjustmentId}/overridesSets the value of one adjustment cell for a group or a line (scope Group or Line, targetId from Proposals_GetProposal), replacing any existing value for that target. A null value clears the cell so it falls back to the adjustment's default. A cost-side Add can only be set at line scope. Refused while the proposal's price is locked (status Accepted, Paid or Canceled). Requires event admin permission.
