POST/extractions/{extractionId}/retry
Re-runs a Failed extraction from whichever phase failed and returns the extraction. A failure while reading
re-runs the whole read and returns it to Pending; a failure while matching re-runs matching only and returns it
to Matching, because re-reading the same file costs money and can give a different result. Refused unless the
state is Failed. Requires EventAdmin on the event.
