Resolve Reservation

/organizations/{orgId}/reservations/{reservationId}/resolveNames the units on a quantity hold by replacing it with one reservation per organization resource in resourceIds, which come from the Organization API's Resources_GetResources and must be of the type the need asks for. Naming fewer than the held quantity leaves the rest held, and naming all of them removes the hold. Status is kept. Only for a planning reservation on an active event. Requires organization basic access.
