PUT
/Proposals/{proposalId}/budget-assignments/{budgetAssignmentId}Moves a budget assignment to a different line item of the same proposal. The assignment becomes Manual, so Proposals_AutoAssignBudget will not undo it. Assignment ids come from Proposals_GetProposal. Works on Accepted, Paid and Canceled proposals too. Requires event admin permission.
