/Orders/{orderId}/quick-add-lineCreates a new need on a procurement from a resource type and puts it on the order as a line in one step; use it for a need that was forgotten, and Orders_AddLineItems for needs that already exist. Takes the quantity, an optional group and optional attribute values; missing values do not block, the need is flagged incomplete instead. Refused while the order is locked (declared Sent or Confirmed, or Ordered on an internal order, with no unsent revision); call Orders_MintOrderVersion first. Returns the new need's id. Procurement ids come from Procurements_GetProcurements and resource type ids from Resources_Get.
