Pull Resource Type

Copies an organization resource type onto the event as an editable, correlated copy, with its dependency graph: attributes, sections, variants, modifiers, owned rate cards, rule sets, states, block types and, for a composite, its component target types. Returns the event type's id. The orgResourceTypeId comes from the Organization API's ResourceTypes_Get. Needs the resource type database read permission on the owning organization.
