Pull Resource Attributes

Copies attributes from the organization's library onto the event as correlated copies; an attribute already pulled is reused, not duplicated. The orgResourceAttributeIds come from the Organization API's ResourceTypes_GetResourceAttributes. Needs the event settings permission and the resource type database read permission on the owning organization.
