POST
/resources/pullPuts one organization inventory resource on this event as a correlated copy, pulling its type first if needed, and returns the event resource's id. Idempotent: pulling an already pulled resource returns the existing copy. The orgResourceId comes from Resources_GetOrgPoolResources. Needs the resource inventory read permission on the owning organization.
