PUT
/Proposals/{proposalId}/lineItems/{lineItemId}Updates a line item's name, quantity, unit cost, unit charge, target margin, client visibility flags and notes. Line ids come from Proposals_GetProposal. Refused while the proposal's price is locked (status Accepted, Paid or Canceled). Requires event admin permission.
