PUT /Orders/{orderId}/groups/{lineItemGroupId}/move
PUT
/Orders/{orderId}/groups/{lineItemGroupId}/moveMoves a group to a new zero-based position among the order's groups, shifting the others. Allowed on a locked order, because reordering never needs a new revision. The group id comes from Orders_GetOrder.
