Create Extraction

POST
/Orders/{orderId}/extractionsStages an uploaded quote, invoice or receipt against the order, queues a background job that reads it, and returns the extraction id. The state starts Pending and moves on as reading and matching finish; poll Orders_GetExtraction. Optionally set documentType (Quote, Invoice or Receipt) and the vendor (matchedCollaboratorRecordId) now so matching can use what is remembered for that vendor. Requires EventAdmin on the event. Upload the file first with Drives_AddFile; fileId is that file's id.
