POST
/Orders/{orderId}/groupsAdds a group to the end of the order's groups, for organising lines. A group can carry its own start and end dates and, when isDelivery is true, its own delivery address that overrides the order's. Refused while the order is locked (declared Sent or Confirmed, or Ordered on an internal order, with no unsent revision); call Orders_MintOrderVersion first. Returns no body; the new group's id is on Orders_GetOrder.
