Mark Order Version Sent
POST /Orders/{orderId}/versions/{versionId}/sent
POST
/Orders/{orderId}/versions/{versionId}/sentRecords that a person sent this revision to the vendor; the platform sends nothing. Idempotent. The optional sentAt says when it was actually sent and defaults to now. A Draft order moves to Sent (Ordered when internal); other statuses are unchanged. The version id comes from Orders_GetOrderVersions.
