GET
/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/rate-cardsLists the rate cards a resource type owns, each with usage counts of the records that point at it; a card with any count above 0 cannot be deleted. Every rate card belongs to exactly one resource type, and every card reference on the event (the type default, a variant, a resource, a need, a reservation, a fulfillment item) must name one of its own type's cards, so this is the list to pick from. The type's default is defaultRateCardId on Resources_GetResourceType, which also returns this list.
