Get Resource Needs Documentation

GET/Organizations/{orgId}/procurement-resources

Lists every resource need across the organization's active events, with its event, resource type, owning department, quantities needed, secured, awaiting and tentative, coverage status, estimated cost and the order lines behind it. Use OrganizationsGetResourceNeed for one need. Takes an organization token, as do the other Organizations resourcing actions. Requires organization basic access.
