GET/Reservations
Lists every reservation on the event, one row per reservation (the person or unit filling a slot of a
resource need), including replaced ones so the roster can show a swap as one slot. Each row carries its
resource type, need, order, who fills it, status, origin (Planning, Order or Fulfillment), settlement,
and its planned and actual schedule. Use Reservations_GetPersonScheduleStates for the hours and rule
states per person.
