DELETE
/resource-attributes/{attributeId}Archives the attribute when anything references it (values, modifiers, live variants pinning one of its options, or event advance data), otherwise deletes it and removes its placements. willArchive on Resources_GetResourceAttributes predicts which, and the response says which happened. Undo an archive with Resources_RestoreResourceAttribute. Needs the event settings permission.
