DELETE /ProposalInvoices/{proposalInvoiceId}

DELETE/ProposalInvoices/{proposalInvoiceId}

Permanently deletes a proposal invoice with its allocations and payments. A proposal that was Paid only because of this invoice goes back to Accepted. Requires event admin.
