DELETE /Orders/{orderId}/groups/{lineItemGroupId}

DELETE/Orders/{orderId}/groups/{lineItemGroupId}

Removes a group from the order. The resource and expense lines in it are kept and become ungrouped. Refused while the order is locked (declared Sent or Confirmed, or Ordered on an internal order, with no unsent revision); call Orders_MintOrderVersion first. The group id comes from Orders_GetOrder.
