POST
/FulfillmentCreates a fulfillment and returns its id. Pass an orderId with fromOrder true to seed one item per line of that order, and do not also send items. Otherwise it is a standalone receipt, and items can reference a resource need or none at all for gear nobody ordered. The orderId comes from Orders_GetOrders.
