Clone Resource
POST /procurement-resources/{resourceId}/clone
POST
/procurement-resources/{resourceId}/cloneCreates a copy of a need with the same type, quantity and properties; the clone starts with a blank schedule and no context links. If the source has no cloneGroupId yet, a new shared one is assigned to both; if it is already in a clone group, the clone joins it. Returns the new need's id.
