Bulk Repoint Component

PUT
/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/components/{componentId}/repointsRepoints one component on many variants in one transaction, so a bulk edit never half-applies. Each entry is a Resources_RepointVariantComponent body plus its variantId; an entry equal to the component's own target deletes that variant's repoint, so a bulk reset is the same call. Needs at least one entry, each variant once. Needs the event settings permission.
