/extractions/{extractionId}/linesMaps several lines to one resource in a single call, always as an explicit user override rather than an AI proposal. lineIds must not be empty; the need, resource type and variant are optional. The whole call is refused, changing nothing, if any line is an Expense line. Only while the extraction is Ready, Flagged or NoLineItems. Requires EventAdmin on the event. Resource ids come from Orders_GetCandidates.
