POST
/resourceTypes/{resourceTypeId}/componentsAdds a component, a labeled slot, to a composite type and returns its id. targetResourceTypeId must be a non-composite type (no nesting), targetResourceVariantId optionally pins a live variant of it (null means any), and quantity is per composite unit, at least 1. Applies to future procurements only. Needs the event settings permission.
