/Organizations/{orgId}/order-linesPuts several resource needs onto one order in a single call: send to an existing order with orderId, or create a new one with newOrder (a name and an optional Internal or External source), never both. Each line is a procurementResourceId from Organizations_GetResourceNeeds and a quantity above zero. Every need must be on the same event, and a need already on the order has its quantity increased. Creates no reservation. Requires organization basic access.
