POST /Orders/{orderId}/lineItems
POST
/Orders/{orderId}/lineItemsAdds resource lines to the order in bulk. Each entry names a need (procurement resource), the group it joins and a quantity greater than zero; a groupId that matches no group on the order adds the line ungrouped. A composite parent need cannot be ordered; order its components. Refused while the order is locked (declared Sent or Confirmed, or Ordered on an internal order, with no unsent revision); call Orders_MintOrderVersion first. Need ids come from Procurements_GetProcurement and group ids from Orders_GetOrder. Returns no body.
