POST /Fulfillment/{fulfillmentId}/items
POST
/Fulfillment/{fulfillmentId}/itemsAdds an item to a fulfillment and returns the item id. resourceTypeId comes from Resources_Get. procurementResourceId, orderLineItemId and resourceId are optional, and leaving both of the first two out records an item nobody ordered. If settlement is omitted it is worked out from the drawn resource or the order.
