Add Extracted Line
POST /extractions/{extractionId}/lines
POST
/extractions/{extractionId}/linesAdds a hand-entered line to the extraction and returns its id. Kind is Resource (default) or Expense (shown as Charge and Reimbursable in the app); the group id is optional and comes from Orders_AddExtractedGroup or Orders_GetExtraction. Only while the extraction is Ready, Flagged or NoLineItems. Adding the first line to a NoLineItems extraction makes it Ready. Requires EventAdmin on the event.
