POST /extractions/{extractionId}/groups
POST
/extractions/{extractionId}/groupsAdds a named group with an entered subtotal to the extraction and returns its id. Use it at Group pricing level, where lines carry no price of their own. Only while the extraction is Ready, Flagged or NoLineItems. Requires EventAdmin on the event.
