POST
/Reservations/{reservationId}/schedule-blocksAdds a block to a reservation's actual (on-site) schedule and returns its id. This is the real schedule, edited separately from the plan, and the rules are re-run so state records follow. typeId comes from Resources_GetScheduleBlockTypes. Not allowed on a reservation that comes from an order.
