PUT
/Events/{eventId}/permissionsReplaces the event-level permissions a user holds on the event and returns the user's resulting event, area and collaborator permissions. Pass the full set to keep; anything omitted is removed. Needs an event admin, or an admin of the organization that owns the event. A user cannot remove their own event admin or event access, and a permission that needs a feature flag the user's license lacks is rejected. The user's event token is revoked, so they receive a new one on their next authorize call.
