Update Collaborator Permissions
PUT /Collaborators/{collabId}/permissions
PUT
/Collaborators/{collabId}/permissionsReplaces the permissions a user holds on one collaborator and returns the user's resulting event, area and collaborator permissions. Pass the full set to keep; anything omitted is removed. Needs an event admin, or an admin of the organization that owns the event. Without an Event Pass license, a user can only be granted permissions on their own home collaborator. A permission that needs a feature flag the user's license lacks is rejected.
