Lookup Crew
GET /events/{eventId}/lookups/crew
GET
/events/{eventId}/lookups/crewLists the event's crew as id, name, title and profile image, without detail. Use it to fill a picker or resolve a crew name from an id; use Crew_GetCrew for the full record. Needs event basic access.
