Appends a copy of every block on the source need to the target need. Advance-request links are not copied.
Event scoping: This endpoint does not include
{eventId} in the URL. The event is determined automatically from your x-Event-Token.Path Parameters

Response
201 Created with the number of blocks copied, as a bare int.
Error Codes
