PUT
/Activities/{activityId}Replaces every field of an activity, including its participants, areas and recurrence; to move it in time only, use Activities_UpdateActivityTime. The caller must be an organizer of the activity or an event admin, turning an activity global needs the event activities add permission, and participants are left unchanged on a system-managed activity whose participants are locked; needs an event token and event basic access.
