GET/Activities/{activityId}
Returns one activity in full: participants, areas, linked advances, procurement resources and
content. Non-admins can only open a global activity, one they take part in, or one on a collaborator
or area they can read; the id comes from Activities_GetActivities, and it needs an event token and
event basic access.
