Bulk Update Tasks
PUT /tasks/bulk
PUT
/tasks/bulkApplies one set of changes (status, priority, phase, end date, assignees or reviewers) to every task in ids; only the fields supplied change, and supplied assignees or reviewers replace the existing lists. It is all or nothing, so one missing or invalid task fails the whole request; ids come from ProjectManagement_GetTasks, and it needs an event token and the event project management admin permission.
