POST
/tasksCreates a task at the end of its sibling list, optionally under a parent task and in a phase, with assignees, reviewers, attribute values and dependencies. Every required task attribute must be supplied; ids come from ProjectManagement_GetStatuses, ProjectManagement_GetPhases, ProjectManagement_GetTaskAttributes, ProjectManagement_GetTasks (parent and dependencies), Crew_GetCrew and Events_GetCollaborators, and it needs an event token and the event project management admin permission. Returns 201 with the new task's { id }.
