POST
/taskStatusesCreates a task status for the event. An optional organizationTaskStatusId links it to an organization status, which must belong to the event's organization and have the same state; that id comes from the Organization API's ProjectManagement_GetStatuses, and it needs an event token and the event project management admin permission.
