POST
/ActivitiesCreates an activity or time frame (type Activity or TimeFrame) with crew, collaborator and area participants, and returns the new activity's id. A global activity needs the event activities add permission, and a caller who is not an event admin needs activity-add access on every collaborator and area attached; crew ids come from Crew_GetCrew, collaborator ids from Events_GetCollaborators and area ids from Events_GetAreas, and it needs an event token and event basic access.
