Update My Crew Profile

PUT
/crew/me/{crewId}Lets a connected crew member update their own crew profile: first and last name, phone, title, and the attribute values they can see and edit. Email and point of contact stay with the admin, and every visible, editable required attribute must have a value after the submit. Only the member connected to the record may call it; crewId comes from Crew_GetMyCrew.
