/crew/{crewId}Updates an event crew member's contact details: first and last name, email, phone, title and point of contact. Send every field; crew types and attribute values are set with Crew_SetCrewTypes and Crew_SetCrewAttributeValue. Requires EventAdmin; crewId comes from Crew_GetCrew.
