Update Crew Attribute

PUT
/crew/attributes/{attributeId}Renames a crew attribute and replaces its options; the type cannot change. Send each kept option with its id from Crew_GetCrewAttributes so a renamed option keeps its stored values; an option without an id is new. Requires EventAdmin.
