PATCH
/Collaborators/{collaboratorId}/departments/{departmentId}Assigns the collaborator to one of the organization's departments; send an empty GUID as departmentId to clear it. Takes an organization token for the organization that owns the event, not a collaborator token. The departmentId comes from the Organization API's Organizations_GetDepartments.
