Set Crew Attribute Value

/crew/{crewId}/attributes/{attributeId}Sets one attribute value on an event crew member. For a select attribute send option ids or labels; a value matching no option is dropped, and a value over the type's size limit is refused. An event admin can set any member's value, and a collaborator lead with Manage Crew can set values on their own collaborator's crew (collaborator token); attributeId comes from Crew_GetCrewAttributes.
