PATCH/Collaborators/{collaboratorId}/types

Sets the collaborator's full list of profile types: listed types it lacks are added, types left out are removed, and an empty list leaves it untyped. Removing a type keeps the property values. Each id must be a type that is not archived, from Collaborators_GetCollaboratorTypes. Needs EventAdmin.
